Stainless steel grille:
Our stainless steel agitator is equipped with a plastic spatula on the side that continuously scrapes the ice off the cylinder wall. This promotes a faster cooling transition and therefore shortens the production time.

Freezing cylinder:
The permanently installed freezing cylinder impresses with its cooling coils that are directly attached to the cylinder and ensure optimum cold transfer. The maximum filling quantity depends on the respective recipe and is therefore individual. We recommend a maximum quantity of 1500 ml of liquid ice cream mix.

Gearbox & motor:
A robust gearbox ensures trouble-free ice production, while the use of high-quality materials without plastic components ensures a long service life. The motor is protected against overheating by thermal protection.

Operation & Safety:
Intuitive operation is ensured by separate switches for drive, cooling and time control. A magnetic contact in the lid stops the machine automatically when the lid is removed.

Professional grinder
An outstanding feature of the Cube ice cream makers is the double blade agitator with plastic scraper. This revolutionary design scrapes the ice cream off the cylinder wall and mixes the ice cream mass at the same time. The result is shorter production times and an even better end product.

Drain:
An advantageous addition to this model (see image) is the integrated drain. This enables easy cleaning of the large machine and makes the maintenance process considerably easier.
